In 2019 Newcastle Building Society and The Globe Community Library are working together to bring a series of talks around your finances, helping you to understand more about them, make the most of them and protect them for the future.

2019 Programme:

  • Friday 29 March, 11am - Dementia Friends - Why not become a dementia friend?
  • Friday 17 May, 11am - Investment - You worked hard for your money, it’s time it did the same for you!
  • Friday 5 July, 11am - Tax breaks & Toy boys - Whether or not you have a Will in place, are you sure your wishes will be fufilled?
  • Friday 13 September, 11am - First-Time Buyers - Helping you take your first steps on the property ladder
  • Friday 25 October, 11am - Retirement - Why do they keep changing the rules?
  • Friday 8 November, 11am - Locks, Stocks and Conmen - Is someone trying to steal your money?
